Note:
1.We suggest just one HDD/SSD is connected at a time due to power output limitations of some laptops. And please connect the hard drive to USB 3.0 port.
2.The Hub is not compatible with Nintendo Switch.
3.Do not use this hub with high performance equipment to ensure a stable connection.
4. The USB-C PD port is only used to charge a compatible USB-C laptop. The output power is up to 100W and data transfer is not supported.
5. If the laptop's USB-C port only supports data signals (Display Port Alt mode), USB-C power is not supported. The hub supports only the data transfer, but not the power supply of your laptop.
6. It is recommended to use the USB 2.0 port to use the keyboard and mouse, it makes you use smoother.
7.The 3.5mm Audio port just support audio output, don’t support microphone.
