• Fibre loaded rubber material provides excellent heat and wear resistance.
• Molded notch construction provides reduced bending stresses around small pulleys.

• Caution:
• Before any service work on the belt is begun to be sure that the motor or engine is switched off and cannot be started.

 

• Important:
• Check for worn tensioners and idler pulleys. This is the best time to replace these part these parts if needed.

 

• Belt Removal:

1. Loosen adjustment or pivot bolts.
2. Move adjustment unit to minimum position.
3. Remove belt.

 

• Belt Installation:

1. Place new belt looseley on pulleys. Do not pry onto pulleys.
2. Tension belt according to manufacturer's instruction.
3. Run drive 5 minutes and retension. Belts must be tight enough to prevent slippingwhen drive is fully loaded.
